Topographical Contour Models

Topographic scale models can be made of existing locations.  These models are prepared at a true scale, and show local roads, bridges, watercourses, buildings and terrain in realistic detail.  The model shown at left encompasses about 15 square kilometres, at a scale of 1:5000, and measures 0.9 m by 1.1 m.  It includes both the existing landfill site and the proposed facility in easily  interchangeable modules.  Custom made wooden display cases include plexiglass dust covers  can be built to any dimension.  Ideal for public display of engineering, architectural and landscape concepts.  Easily transportable.

Depending upon your required scope, detailing can range from conceptual to realistic, in both colour and shape.

The figure at left shows an interchangeable module being put in place.
